1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Unbreakable ADHD website and services at unbreakableadhd.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Unbreakable ADHD provides a subscription-based online educational platform for parents of children with ADHD. The Service includes access to video modules, downloadable eBooks, printable resources, and any future content added during your active subscription.

3. Accounts

  • You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • 7-Day Trial: $9.99 — provides full access for 7 days.
  • Monthly: $49.99/month (introductory price).
  • 3-Month Plan: $99.95 every 3 months (introductory price).

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each renewal period. The renewal price will be at the then-current rate, which may differ from any introductory or promotional pricing.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any subscription fees and applicable taxes. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Price Changes

We may change subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your access until a valid payment method is provided. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider due to failed transactions.

5. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@unbreakableadhd.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining days of your current billing period, unless required by applicable law.
  • Simply deleting your account or ceasing to use the Service does not cancel your subscription. You must actively cancel to stop future charges.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Service — including video modules, eBooks, guides, worksheets, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Unbreakable ADHD and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission.
  • You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • Downloaded materials (eBooks, printables) are for your personal household use only and may not be redistributed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute any content or account access.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

9. Disclaimer

The content provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your child's health or a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you accessed through the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNBREAKABLE ADHD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at hello@unbreakableadhd.com. If informal resolution fails after 60 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Australia.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
