Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Because Unbreakable ADHD provides immediate access to digital content (video modules, eBooks, and downloadable resources) upon subscription, all payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this policy or required by applicable law.

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Unbreakable ADHD. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
  • You must have accessed and engaged with the program content (watched at least 3 video modules).
  • Your request must be made before your subscription expires or is canceled.
  • The guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only and cannot be used for renewal charges or repeat purchases.

To request a refund under our guarantee, email hello@unbreakableadhd.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of these methods:

  • Account dashboard: Log in → go to your account settings → cancel subscription.
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to hello@unbreakableadhd.com.

Important: Simply ceasing to use the Service or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must actively cancel to prevent future charges.

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you agree that your payment method will be charged at the then-current subscription rate (which may differ from any introductory pricing) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • 7-Day Trial ($9.99): Renews every 7 days at the then-current weekly rate.
  • Monthly ($49.99): Renews every month. Introductory pricing applies to the first billing period only.
  • 3-Month Plan ($99.95): Renews every 3 months. Introductory pricing applies to the first billing period only.

5. Technical Issues

If a technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing the content you paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund for the affected period. 6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and access to the Service. We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@unbreakableadhd.com to resolve any billing concerns before disputing a charge.

7. Regional Rights

Australian Consumer Law

If you are an Australian resident, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

European Union & United Kingdom

If you are an EU or UK resident, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by accessing the digital content immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered. If you did not consent to immediate delivery, you may request a full refund within 14 days.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may cancel within 3 business days of purchase for a full refund, in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1789.3.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
